Very straightforward build. I milled all the lumber from lines I cut down using my sawmill. Then assembled it over two days with a friend

Easy instructions, looks great - solid! Price was right on the mark for supplies - $400.

Great instructions and very easy to understand. I am a novice at building things and I was able to build this shed with no issues!

Great design, I would recommend getting more/using more than the suggested screws for added strengthening in some areas. Also spacing measurements for the floor boards would have been helpful but beside that great plans, nice and easy

Great plans. Took about an hour and a bit to cut. Three hours to put together alone. Would be much easier with help. I should have done an angle cut on the top sides 2x6. Maybe mention that. Otherwise all great.

FAQs

How accurate is the materials cost estimate?

We sample material prices from several Home Depot and Lowe's stores across the country. For most of you the price will be very close to the estimate, but local prices may vary.

The shopping list includes everything - from lumber and screws to wood sealer and metal sheet roof.

Can I see some pages from the plan?

    What tools do I need?

Safety equipment: Eye protection, ear protection, and a dust mask.
Measuring and marking: Tape measure, a square and a pencil/marker
A power saw: Circular OR Table OR Miter
    An impact driver
    Tin snips / Metal shears
(OPTIONAL) Bar clamps to hold the lumber while making cuts and when fastening screws

    Can I build this alone?

Although helping hands are always appreciated, you can build it alone. We recommend getting a pair of bar clamps if you don't have them already. You will use them to hold the lumber pieces together during assembly.

How much time do I need to build?

Not counting materials shopping - you need 2 to 7 hours, depending on your speed and skills. You can finish in a weekend.

    What's your refund policy?

If you are not satisfied, you can ask for a full refund within 100 days of purchase. Just write us an email at refund@jimmyandtimmys.com
